As an architect I have had the pleasure of working with Michael Hill and all the staff at Neumode Design & Construction. We have worked together on several large residential projects - both new homes and renovations. His role has been both to co-ordinate work on and off-site as well as managing client liaison on the projects. All aspects of his work have been done to a very high standard. Mr Hill and his staff have always carried out their responsibilities in a very professional and conscientious manner.

I just wanted to express my thanks to Mick, Gerard and all the team regarding the fabulous job you did on my house. As you know, we moved back in June this year following a pretty extensive extension/renovation and I must admit we are extremely happy with the result. The care taken by Gerard in project managing this and his contact ability to keep in touch, answer questions, make suggestions, save money and help in every way was extremely appreciated by me and this has resulted in a fantastic home for us.

After moving into our new home we can now appreciate the level of expertise, attention to detail and hard work involved in creating our beautiful home. We just love it! It was great to work with a team of professionals from management, construction and design with innovative ideas to complement the original plans from our architect. Your proactive communication and excellent project management skills enabled the experience of building our home an enjoyable one.

We both wish to thank you for the work that you recently completed on our home. The new doors and windows look fantastic, and everyone who visits comments that they have improved the back of our house dramatically. We would also like to compliment you on the way our unexpectedly difficult job was handled by your team. Your men were at all times polite, punctual, reliable, tidy, and extremely hard working. The care that they took to protect our floors and clean up after themselves each day was a very pleasant surprise.

Thank you for helping us bring to reality our dream home. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with you all, from the original concept and design stage of our home, right through the building process and to completion. The attention to detail and care shown by you and your staff, along with all the trades involved through the building process, has been fantastic. We would not have ended up with this wonderful home, had it not been for your involvement from the original concept stage and through the entire process.

Pia and I would like to pass on our thanks and gratitude for all of your help in relation to the restoration and renovation of our now beautiful home. From the very beginning, including the pre purchase inspection, you and the Neumode team have been supportive, professional and courteous to deal with and made a stressful time of our life relatievly smooth sailing. Having lived in the house for a while now, we truly appreciate the quality of the construction and the space we have to live. Pia and I would have no hesitation in recommending the Neumode team.
